Sheffield Road (East side) : Waltham Street
Waltham Street was another of the short streets that emanated from Sheffield Road, providing convenient accommodation for many working class Barnsley families. It was also served by the Rising Sun Inn at the top left corner of the street, a Ford Anglia parked outside the pub in August 1964.
