Shambles Street (South side) : view from Pinfold Hill

This view from Pinfold hill allows us to see the lower south side of Shambles Street quite well, in particular John Briton's toy and children's emporium and Paragon Stores (38 to 56) in the mid 1960s. Briton's certainly had a long frontage, extending to five or six bays.
